The True Squat app from BFS enhances the effectiveness of squat training by providing precise measurement of squat depth, ensuring optimal results for leg and core strengthening.

By securing the device to the thigh, users can utilize their smartphone's accelerometers to receive auditory and vibrational feedback when reaching TRUE parallel during each repetition. This feature is crucial, as depth is a critical factor for maximizing the benefits of a squat routine.

In addition to monitoring depth, the app also counts and displays repetitions, alerting users with a clear sound when they have completed their set.
